Chef Matthew Hoyes
With over twenty years of international experience, Chef Matthew first attended Johnson & Wales Culinary Institute in Charleston, SC. After learning all he could, Chef Matthew left the country for continuing education in London and Paris. There he graduated with honors from Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute in London, England where he focused his initial studies in Classical French Cuisine.
After graduation, Chef Matthew began traveling the world in pursuit of the knowledge of food preparation while fulfilling the large demand for his culinary skills at each stop he was hired to visit along the way. After learning the core of international food preparation for an elite palate, Chef Matthew has gone on to gain an extensive education in the preparation of top world cuisines. Based on his experiences provisioning and preparing food on multiple continents, Chef Matthew took a strong interest from the beginning in specialty cuisines. Chef Matthew has served his clients all over the globe including the Mediterranean, Greece, Italy, Spain, Germany, France, Morocco, the Islands of the Caribbean, Brazil and South America.
Having lived and worked all over the world traveling by land, sea and air, Chef Matthew knows more about food than most people, even his most elite clientele are always amazed by what is set on the table in front of them at meal time. Chef Matthew prepares and serves up an astonishing cuisine wherever he is needed. Comfort and privacy are key whether the service is for two or a party for twenty-two.
